Yes, we can ship!

Local pickup is preferred, but we can accommodate shipping when needed. Shipping availability and estimated costs will be noted in each item’s description.

Please be prepared with appropriate packing materials and any tools or assistance needed to pick up and transport your items.

Item Condition & Preview Policy

We clean, test, photograph, and describe every item to the best of our ability. That said, we are human and may occasionally miss something. All descriptions and photos are provided as a guide only.

If you have questions about an item, need additional photos, or would like to preview an item in person, please contact us by call, text, or email before bidding. We’re happy to help whenever possible.

We are not currently charging a bidder’s fee. Any future changes to this policy will be announced with at least 60 days’ advance notice.

Pick Up & Payment Terms

  • Two pickup days will be offered to accommodate all buyers. All items must be picked up by the end of your scheduled pickup day.
  • If you cannot pay or pick up during your scheduled time, you must call or text Crystal at 580-600-0728 prior to the pickup deadline to make arrangements. You may also send someone to pick up on your behalf.
  • Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials and loading help. Staff will not be able to load heavy or bulky items.
  • Sales tax will be added to all invoices unless a valid tax-exempt form is provided prior to payment.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. No checks accepted.
  • Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. If an item is eligible for shipping, estimated shipping costs will be listed in the item description. Items not marked as shippable are local pickup only unless arrangements are made before bidding.
  • All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Missed Pickup & Abandoned Items

Items not picked up by the end of the final scheduled pickup day will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.

If payment or pickup arrangements are not completed within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to resell, relist, or otherwise dispose of the item at our discretion. Any payments already made may be forfeited, and the buyer may remain responsible for any outstanding fees or costs.

Failure to pick up items may result in loss of bidding privileges in future auctions.

Multiple Items & Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple shippable items, we will do our best to combine them to help save on shipping whenever possible.

What if shipping is underestimated?

We make every effort to estimate shipping accurately. If we underestimate the shipping cost, we will cover the difference on our end.
